The short answer JustMarkets is a multi-asset forex and CFD broker on justmarkets.com. Five group companies sit in its footer; a sixth, Just Global Markets (PTY) Ltd, FSP 51114, appears only on the regulations page.
A live account starts at 10 USD on Standard and Standard Cent, or 200 USD on Pro and Raw Spread. Everything below comes from the broker's own pages, read on 29 August 2026.

The broker's own figures, from its home page.
JustMarkets is a multi-asset forex and CFD broker that trades under that name on justmarkets.com. It used to be JustForex: the rebrand ran in stages, and the second stage moved the whole Personal Area to JustMarkets and replaced the Refer a Friend and IB links. This JustMarkets review covers the company behind every account opened there.
On its home page the broker gives four headline numbers — more than 3 million traders, 160+ countries, 50+ industry awards and five regulatory licences. These are the company's figures, not our findings.
Legally, the JustMarkets broker is a group rather than one firm: the footer names five companies, and the regulations page adds a sixth — all six are listed below.
GMFT Services Ltd is described as the EU merchant company that provides content and processes payments; it does not deal with clients' trades. Registration numbers, addresses and what each licence covers are on our FSCA licence and group companies page.
JustMarkets trading runs on four live account types. All use market execution, and scalping, hedging and trading on the news are allowed on each. What changes is the entry ticket and how a trade is paid for: through the spread alone, or through a raw spread plus a commission.
Swap-free accounts exist for clients whose religion forbids swaps. Any of the four types can be converted through support, at one of two levels:
Extended: swaps are not charged on most instruments.
Each type has a demo version, so the practice account behaves like the live one. A JustMarkets live account can also sit next to others. Every figure here is in US dollars, the currency the accounts are held in — the rand side and the exact minimums are on our minimum deposit and withdrawal rules page.

Choose a method; the card or wallet must be in the account holder's name.
Confirmed with a one-time password and sent back to the owner's instrument.
Every live and demo account in one list, with its type and number.
Deposits, withdrawals and transfers in date order.
Move between a live account and a practice one without logging out.
JustMarkets login uses one set of credentials for the website and the mobile app. This site has no sign-in form and no login button: enter your password only on justmarkets.com or in the broker's official app.
Behind the login sits the Personal Area. Funds holds two tabs, Deposit and Withdrawal; next to them are the list of trading accounts, the history of operations and a switch to the demo. If a password is lost, recovery starts from the same sign-in screen, and support is listed as working 24/7.
Because the broker accepts no third-party deposits, the card or wallet you pay from must carry the same name as the account, and every withdrawal is confirmed with a one-time password.
On a phone the same login opens the JustMarkets Trading app and MetaTrader Mobile; versions and the official download routes are on our MetaTrader 4, 5 and app download page.
The minimum is 10 USD on Standard and Standard Cent and 200 USD on Pro and Raw Spread; the full breakdown, with rand conversion, is on our JustMarkets minimum deposit page.
JustMarkets says it charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or payment system may take its own. Processing on the broker's side is stated as within one minute; any delay sits with the provider.
Withdrawals go back only to an instrument in the account holder's name, which is also why third-party deposits are refused.
margin = position ÷ leverage · share of margin lost = price move × leverage

Leverage sets how much margin stands behind a position. At 1:3000 the margin is one three-thousandth of the notional value, so a 10,000 USD position on gold or EURUSD is held with about 3.33 USD of your money.
The arithmetic of a loss is just as short: the share of margin lost equals the price move multiplied by the leverage. At 1:3000 a move of roughly 0.033% against you consumes the whole margin. At 1:500, the level on US30 and BTCUSD, the threshold is 0.2%; at 1:200 on BRENT it is 0.5%; on Apple shares at 1:20 it is 5%.
Costs come on top. The average spread the broker lists is 0.7 pips on EURUSD, 2 on XAUUSD and 59.1 on BTCUSD, plus a swap where it applies: BRENT carries one, while XAUUSD and EURUSD can be held swap-free.
The higher the leverage, the less room a position has. The rest is in our risk notice on leveraged CFDs.

Three facts can be checked, and they sit side by side rather than adding up to one answer.
First, South Africa is absent from the restricted list in the broker's footer, which names Australia, Canada, Japan, India, the United Kingdom and the United States, plus countries under international sanctions.
Second, there is no South African domain and no /za/ section. Regional sites exist for Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Turkey and China; a JustMarkets South Africa client uses the global justmarkets.com.
Third, the regulations page names Just Global Markets (PTY) Ltd, registration 2020/263432/07, authorised by the FSCA as a Financial Service Provider, FSP 51114 — and that company is missing from the footer on every other page.
The broker does not publish which of its companies a South African client contracts with, so the client agreement itself is the document to read before a deposit.
JustMarkets is the brand of a group of companies. The footer of justmarkets.com names five: Just Global Markets Ltd (Seychelles, FSA licence SD088), Just Global Markets (MU) Limited (Mauritius, FSC GB22200881), JustMarkets Ltd (Cyprus, CySEC 401/21), Just Global Markets (VG) Limited (BVI, FSC SIBA/L/24/1177) and GMFT Services Ltd, described as the EU merchant company that processes payments. A sixth, Just Global Markets (PTY) Ltd, appears only on the regulations page.
The broker's regulations page states that Just Global Markets (PTY) Ltd, registration number 2020/263432/07, is authorised by the FSCA as a Financial Service Provider with FSP number 51114. That same company is absent from the footer list of subsidiaries that appears on every page of the site, and the broker does not publish which entity a South African client contracts with.
Four figures, not one. The broker's deposits FAQ states 10 USD for a Standard account, 10 USD for Standard Cent, 200 USD for Pro and 200 USD for Raw Spread. Accounts are not denominated in rand, so a deposit from a South African bank is converted at the payment provider's rate.
South Africa does not appear on the broker's own restricted list, which names Australia, Canada, Japan, India, the United Kingdom, the United States and sanctioned countries. There is no dedicated South African site or /za/ section; local clients use the global justmarkets.com version.
It means the margin behind a position is about one three-thousandth of its notional size, so a move of roughly 0.033 per cent against you consumes that margin entirely. On instruments with 1:500 the same threshold is 0.2 per cent, and on Apple shares at 1:20 it is 5 per cent. The broker states it applies negative balance protection, which zeroes a balance that goes below zero.
On paper, JustMarkets fits an adult South African outside the restricted list who accepts that the whole deposit can be lost. What can be checked holds up: licence numbers, the 10 and 200 USD minimums, spreads from 0.0 pips, leverage up to 1:3000 and the cash-desk rules. What stays the company's word is the 3 million clients, the 18 liquidity banks, the one-minute withdrawals — and which entity signs a South African contract.
Every fact here was read on the broker's own pages on 29 August 2026 — home page, regulations, account types, deposits and withdrawals, client funds protection, downloads — and on its Google Play listing.
How we check
Which group company a South African client contracts with; the 3 million clients and the 18 liquidity banks; one-minute processing in practice. These stay labelled as the broker's statements.
CFDs are traded on margin, and leverage can lose all the money you deposit within minutes. The product is not covered by a compensation scheme, and the broker does not say which group company is your counterparty.
